Quibly Studio

Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Quibly Studio, a writing workspace operated by Austin Rockne (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Quibly Studio.

1. Who can use Quibly Studio

You must be at least 18 and use Quibly Studio for work. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so, and these terms also bind that organization. Access to a workspace may be limited to people with a verified email address on an approved domain.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or remove access that does not meet these terms or the workspace’s access rules.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or spam-like;
  • upload or create content that infringes someone else’s rights or that you have no right to use;
  • break the rules of the platforms where you post replies;
  • probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or get around usage limits or access controls;
  • reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product; or
  • share your access with people who are not allowed to use the workspace.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas and replies you write. You give us permission to host, process and transmit your content, including to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights to content you bring into the studio.

5. AI suggestions

Quibly Studio uses artificial intelligence to suggest drafts, rewrites and checks. Suggestions can be inaccurate, inappropriate or similar to text produced for others. Review everything before you use it. You decide what to post and are responsible for what you publish. Checks are aids, not guarantees, and may miss mistakes or mentions.

6. Third-party platforms

The studio can load content from public social media posts. Quibly Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or any other platform, and their names are trademarks of their owners. We never post on your behalf. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Quibly Studio without any obligation to you.

8. Changes and availability

Quibly Studio is evolving. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.

9. Fees

Access is currently provided by invitation. If paid plans are offered, the price and payment terms will be agreed with you or your organization before any charge.

10. Ending use

You may stop using Quibly Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 4, 5, 11, 12, 13 and 14, survive the end of these terms.

11. Disclaimers

Quibly Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or your violation of law or someone else’s rights.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Quibly Studio after changes take effect means you accept them.
