Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Quibly Studio collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Quibly Studio is operated by Austin Rockne (“we”, “us”) in Utah, United States.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in, our authentication provider, Clerk, receives your name, email address and profile photo. If you choose Google, Google shares those basics with us. We never receive your Google password, and we do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar. We use verified email addresses to decide who may use a workspace.
Content you work with
The studio processes the posts you import (captions, photos and tagged accounts from public Instagram posts), the ideas you type and the replies you write, so it can suggest drafts and run checks.
Feedback
If you send feedback, we store your comment, the optional name you give, the work context shown before sending (post, reply, selected text, mode and screen size) and any page image you attach.
Technical information
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic request information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- To provide the studio: sign you in, check access, load posts, generate suggestions and run checks.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To review feedback and improve the product.
- To respond to you and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for advertising of any kind.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run Quibly Studio, and only what each needs for its job. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Imported post content is retrieved from Instagram. Quibly Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta. We never post to social accounts; you copy replies and post them yourself.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Drafts, your queue, preferences, saved words and recent reply memory are stored in your own browser. They are not synced between devices or separated by account, and signing out does not erase them. On a shared computer, use a separate browser profile, and clear site data to remove locally saved work.
How long we keep information
- Account information: while your account is active, and deleted after you ask us to remove it.
- Feedback: until it is resolved and removed, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Content sent for suggestions and checks: we do not store it on our servers after responding. Providers may keep it for a limited time under their own terms.
- Request logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, or the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights, such as to object to or restrict certain processing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email austin.rockne@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days. If your organization gave you access, some requests may be handled together with that organization.
Security
We use encrypted connections, verified sign-in, access checks on every request and private storage for feedback. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Quibly Studio is a workplace tool for people 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International users
Quibly Studio is operated from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above, and, where appropriate, tell you in the studio.
